A salad of arugula, pear and fennel

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of fennel, cut into very thin strips (20 g)
  • A bunch of arugula
  • 1 pear
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (25 g)
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  • A handful of pine nuts
  • 10 raisins

  • A knife
  • A pan
  • A bowl for the salad

Preparation

  • Start by washing the arugula leaves thoroughly. Do the same with the fennel then cut it into the thinnest possible slices.
  • Wash the pear well then cut it in half, then into wide slices.
    You are going to make a caramelized pear.
    To do this, put a spoonful of honey in the pan.
  • Once it is hot, add the pear slices so that they take on the taste. Book.
  • In the salad bowl, put the arugula, fennel, raisins, pine nuts and caramelized pears.
  • Then season with a little lemon juice and olive oil to taste.

Fennel infusion to heal the liver

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of fennel seeds (5 g)
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)

Preparation

  • This infusion is very easy to prepare. In this case, you will need the seeds of the fennel.
    The best way to do this is to buy them from a natural store, to make sure that they are organic and therefore ideal for consumption.
  • Start by boiling the glass of water and add 5 grams of fennel seeds to it.
    Let it steep for 15 to 20 minutes and then let sit for another 10 minutes.
  • Once the time is up, filter the contents and keep the infusion.
  • To obtain an adapted purification of the body and to optimize the functioning of the liver and the kidneys, consume 3 cups per day for 3 days in a row. 

The first cup can be taken with breakfast and the following 15 minutes after meals.
