Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt (40 g)
- 3 teaspoons of lemon juice (15 ml)
Preparation
Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice until a homogeneous mixture is formed. The dough must therefore remain a little liquid.
Application
- Take a little of the mixture and distribute it using circular movements over the face and neck, with the middle and ring fingers.
- Avoid applying it to the eye area.
- Leave it on for 20 minutes.
- Then rinse with cool water.
- Finally, apply a moisturizer to hydrate the skin.
A few tips
- If we are going to apply lemon to the skin, we will have to make sure to do it in the evening, as exposure to the sun can cause spots on the skin.
- Before the mask, we should thoroughly cleanse the face and neck with lukewarm water to maximize the results.
- You have to be patient and regular with this facial treatment. The results will not be seen instantly. It will therefore take several applications before reaching the goal.

- If we want to make this mask a natural exfoliant, we can add a tablespoon of honey, brown sugar or oats to it.

- We will not use fruit or flavored yogurt, only plain or homemade yogurt. Remember, even though it is out of date, it can still be used as a mask.

- If you want to use this yoghurt mask for hair, increase each ingredient in the mixture by one tablespoon and apply it directly to the scalp. We will spread it out well, with circular massages, from root to tip. Then we will wait 20 minutes and rinse with cool water.
