In this green smoothie, brewer’s yeast is mixed with avocado and spinach, two sources of protein and essential fats.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • Bee honey or cane sugar
  • 1 strip of brewer’s yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of spirulina (7 g)

Preparation

  • Cut the spinach leaves.
  • Peel the avocado and remove the pit.
  • Cut the avocado into small pieces.
  • Cut the wafer of brewer’s yeast.
  • Put all the ingredients in the blender.
  • Add the tablespoon of spirulina.
  • Mix everything.
  • Once served, add honey or cane sugar.

Consumption

  • This green juice must be consumed on an empty stomach to take full advantage of all its properties. 
  • For good results, drink this juice 3 times a week.
