Ingredients

  • 30 g thyme
  • 30 g dried nettle leaves
  • A glass of water (200 ml)
  • A spoonful of honey (3o g)

Preparation

  • A priori, you will have no difficulty finding thyme and nettle, which are two plants that are easily found in all natural stores.
    They are generally sold in bags of 300 and 500 grams, and are relatively inexpensive.
  • First, you need to heat the water. As always, we recommend using a ceramic or terracotta teapot, as metal ones do not respect the properties of medicinal plants as well.
  • Once the water comes to a boil, add the thyme and nettle leaves, then let the cooking continue for 15 to 20 minutes. Once this period of time has elapsed, let it sit for 10 minutes.

Preparation

  • First put the water to heat. Once it has come to a boil, add the medicinal plants: plantain, fennel and lemon balm.
    Wait for the decoction to take place for 20 minutes, then remove from the heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
  • This infusion has a slightly strong flavor, especially because of the plantain, so we advise you to add two spoonfuls of honey.
    It is recommended that you drink this infusion three times a day, as it will be more effective in helping you cleanse and reduce inflammation in your lungs.

3. Medicinal infusion of lime blossom and green tea
