  • Then squeeze the lemon juice to get the maximum amount of juice.
  • Then, cut the avocado in half, remove the core and remove all the pulp with a spoon.
  • Peel the garlic clove then crush it. Also, if you are using cumin grain, mash them as well.

To keep in mind!

Indeed, the creamy sauce is an excellent addition to your salads, provided you use healthy ingredients. In this sense,  it is essential to avoid certain errors in its preparation which can affect its quality. Here are the most common:

  • Use unhealthy vegetable oils, such as soybean or palm oil. The main recommendation is to use extra virgin olive oil. Otherwise, it can be replaced with sunflower oil.
  • Add too much oil. Avocado, the main ingredient in these sauces, is rich in fatty acids. Therefore, it is not necessary to add too much oil to achieve the desired result.
  • Add too much salt. Even if it is incorporated according to everyone’s taste, it is best to avoid its excesses. Remember that too much salt is linked to cardiovascular health problems such as high blood pressure.
  • Use processed condiments. Many commercial condiments contain added flours and other ingredients. It is therefore more judicious to opt for natural versions, without artificial preservatives.

Want to try these two versions of creamy avocado sauce? Feel free to season your favorite salads with it, and of course, you can add it to your sandwiches, breads or any other recipe for breakfast or afternoon tea.
