  • 2 green apples (60 g)

  • 1 tablespoon of flour (10 g)
  • ½ cup of white wine (100 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar (20 g)
  • 4 fresh salmon fillets (300 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter (20 g)
  • Salt, pepper and Provence herbs to taste for seasoning.
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (20 g).

Preparation of salmon in the oven

  • To start the recipe, marinate the salmon fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
