  • Eat three dried apricots, three plums and three almonds every day.

  • Consume a tablespoon of brewer’s yeast mixed with a tablespoon of pollen and a tablespoon of soy lecithin (you can find all of this in health food stores).
  • Mix a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of royal jelly, and a spoonful of pollen in a cup of soy milk. Mix well, and drink this drink warm or cold every morning.
  • Prepare a delicious memory juice using 125 grams of dates, 250 grams of figs and three carrots. Pass everything in a blender until you get a homogeneous mixture. Filter, and drink at breakfast preferably on an empty stomach.
  • Prepare a smoothie consisting of a cup of water, two peeled almonds, the juice of one orange, three walnuts, and the juice of one mango (with the pulp to make the drink creamy). Go through a blender, then drink each morning.
  • Combine five grams of each of the following ingredients: mint, basil, raspberries, mille-feuille, and mallow. Place in a saucepan with a cup of water, then boil for a few minutes.

Let cool, then filter. Drink this infusion every night before bed  for two consecutive weeks. Then stop this “treatment” for fifteen days, then start again.

  • Boil a liter of water, then add 7 tablespoons of anise. Lower the heat to minimum, then boil again until there is only 700ml of water left in the pot.
